New date for RNZCGP conference 2020
New date for RNZCGP conference 2020

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 the College Board took the difficult decision to postpone the Asia Pacific Region WONCA conference we were scheduled to host at Auckland’s Aotea Centre at the end of April this year.
We are very pleased to confirm that we have secured a new date for the conference: Thursday 5 – Saturday 7 November 2020.
The conference will be held at the same venue (Aotea Centre), with the support of our co-hosts the New Zealand Rural General Practice Network and Te Ohu Rata o Aotearoa - Māori Medical Practitioners Association.
During the coming week our conference team will be contacting delegates, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors to discuss the details and new logistics of preparing for the conference on this new date. Please continue to visit the College website (www.rnzcgp.org.nz) for more updates.
This is a positive outcome for the College and the many hundreds of delegates who had registered to attend our conference.
