What makes your summer sing Stephen Forbes?

Good book: The Penguin History of New Zealand by the late Michael King. An interesting overview of some of the most important events that make up the country’s history.

Good programme: Q+A (TVNZ+) is one of the only television programmes I watch these days, but it’s worth watching if you are a political junkie.

Good board game: I don’t play board games.

Good swimming spot: Martins Bay is a lovely beach near Auckland and good for swimming and a barbecue.

Good feed: Mae Nam Khong Thai Restaurant in New Lynn – authentic Thai and Laos cuisine.
