Experience counts as practices weigh up costs of employing extra GPs

We are a large group practice and thinking about bringing in a new associate GP to support existing partners and enable us to enrol new patients. Should we take on a less-experienced GP registrar and help with their training, or look for an experienced GP Fellow who won’t require the same level of training and support? What are the current remuneration rates for a GP and how do they differ with experience and qualifications?
