Practice agreements vital to avoid messy, and pricey, exit strategies

One of the GP principals in our group practice is unwell and it’s looking like he will need to stop practising. We are very sympathetic to his situation but would like to have a say in who buys into the group. What options do we have to approve the buyer of his practice?
