Linda Robertson joins Pacific Radiology Group Board

The Chairman and Board of Directors of Pacific Radiology Group are pleased to announce that, on 21 July 2017, Linda Robertson was appointed as an independent non-executive Director and Chair of the Financial Risk & Audit Committee.

Linda has a wealth of experience in risk management and audit and is a non-executive director who brings experience in senior operating and governance roles from across a number of NZ companies.

Linda brings strong governance experience as a public and private company non-executive director, having held Board positions since 1999. She will continue to serve as a non-executive director of Dunedin City Holdings Ltd, Dunedin City Treasury Ltd, King Country Energy Ltd, NZ Registry Services Ltd, NZPM Group Ltd, Auckland Council Investments Ltd, Crown Irrigation Investments Ltd, NZ Local Government Funding, as well as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee, Ministry of Social Development, Technical Advisory Committee, NZ Export Credit Office and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, Central Otago District Council.
