In a report released today, deputy health and disability commissioner Rose Wall has found Bupa Care Services NZ Limited breached the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights (the Code) for providing inadequate daily skin inspections and documentation.
Ms Wall also provides adverse comment on the termination of a patient's placement at a care home run by Bupa Care Services NZ Limited.
