Pegasus purchases occupational health business

We are pleased to announce Pegasus has purchased local occupational health business, OH Well, as part of our investment strategy.

OH Well is a Canterbury business committed to providing specialist occupational health and wellbeing services. We believe the purchase to be an excellent investment opportunity, and a good fit with Pegasus and our current services.  

Our investments aim to support sustainable provision of primary health care services and to underpin our charitable purpose and commitment to equity.

Our initial approach is around investments that are aligned to our purpose and role, with a focus on making a good return. As the returns from our investments grow, we will be able to invest sustainably in community programmes with a focus on equity.

OH Well will be a business unit as part of our Patient and Provider Services reporting through to Lisa Brennan. Its current staff and leadership are remaining in place which will be great for ensuring a seamless transition for OH Well customers.

OH Well will continue to operate from its current location in Selwyn Street.
