An open letter on urgent action required to ensure sustainable primary health care services

For years, New Zealand Doctor Rata Aotearoa has been running commentary articles on the problems faced by primary care as it sits in the shadow of secondary services. I'm browsing through the archives to bring some of those commentaries back to light. This one is not so much a commentary than a plea from general practice leaders in late 2018 to then health minister David Clark to take note of the problems besetting primary care.
