A healthy diet is an integral part of managing long COVID, decreasing the risk of symptom exacerbation and nutrient deficiencies. Dietitian Leigh O’Brien provides pointers for maintaining adequate nutrition in people with long COVID and lists some dietary strategies which may help to manage symptoms
