DEAR AUNT MASIE
We need some guidance about leave. To start with, we have an employee who uses all their annual leave entitlement early in the year and then requests leave without pay during the rest of the year to take further breaks. Other staff members are starting to resent the amount of leave they take. Also, with the opening of travel bubbles, we want to know how to manage any potential risks of our staff being exposed to COVID-19 overseas.
