Kate Stark is a nurse practitioner working in a busy rural practice in Roxburgh, Central Otago. Originally from Dunedin, Ms Stark lives in West Otago on a sheep/beef/cropping farm but spends her working days in Roxburgh before returning to the farm. She has a passion for rural nursing and has been very involved in the promotion and successful implementation of the NP role in rural primary healthcare.
