Aspiring Medical Centre:
We are a busy rural General Practice in beautiful Wanaka.
We provide quality medical services to over 7500 enrolled patients and high numbers of NZ and international visitors.
We hold a PRIME contract and provide after-hours services to the region.
The role:
We are looking for a doctor to join our friendly team for 3 to 6 sessional basis per week.
A good grounding in GP is required and additional skills in musculoskeletal and/or urgent care/ emergency medicine a bonus.
There will be a requirement for weekend duty (usually 1 in 8 weekends, with work one day and backup the other).
he successful Doctor will also need to participate in the afterhours roster. This is from 6pm to 11pm and up to two shifts a month.

Unconditional NZ Medical Council registration, or the ability to obtain NZMC registration prior to start date
PRIME, or happy to undergo the PRIME training course
