About the role:
- Hours: 0.8 FTE (30 hours per week) – flexible to suit your needs
- Environment: Supportive, rewarding role with adjusted hours and patient load
- Support: Paid admin time and strong administrative assistance
- Collaboration: Work alongside counsellors and wellbeing advisers to enhance student health literacy
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care in a multidisciplinary setting
- Offer clinical leadership and support to health providers
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
- Contribute to service planning and continuous improvement
About you:
- Registered Medical Practitioner with the Medical Council of NZ
- Experience in General Practice
- Strong clinical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Passion for student wellbeing, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork
