For trusted health advice and information - from nurses, paramedics, advisors, and doctors (who can help with prescriptions). If you’ve got questions about your medication, you’re away from home, you’re not sure about something, you can’t access a GP, or you don’t currently have a GP – they can help, including arranging a virtual GP consultation.

You can choose to speak with a Māori clinician (if you’re calling 8am-8pm). The Healthline team are all committed to culturally safe practice and we’re here for you 24x7.

  • if a support worker/carer is unavailable or hasn’t arrived
  • and to help right now, they can connect you with information and support about the recent severe weather and flooding.
