Waikato DHB’s new Commissioner Dr Karen Poutasi has wasted no time in re-starting the process to recruit a chief executive just three days after she was appointed.
An advertisement for the position will be posted on SEEK.
The process to recruit the chief executive had been halted by the then Board of the Waikato DHB in February.
Kerridge Partners who were assisting the Board with the process earlier in the year will also assist the Commissioner as she moves quickly to bring stability to the Waikato DHB .
Dr Poutasi is confident that there will be no shortage of good candidates for a new chief executive to work closely with a small group of dedicated Commissioners to turn the organisation around.
