New blood to take The Doctors Napier forward

The four practices under The Doctors Napier umbrella are well known in the area having been there for over 32 years.
When Dr Tony Edwards and Dr Mark Sweetapple sold their shares at the end of last year the plan was always to find new GPs to invest in and help lead the business.
From 1 April Dr Amanda Cleland, Dr Ella Toynton and Dr Owen Kelly became part owners.
Dr Stefan Freudenberg, Board Chair and GP at The Doctors Napier, says, “We are looking forward to have them step in the footsteps of Tony and Mark.
"They sold their shares last years to allow for ‘new blood’ to come into the business. Amanda, Ella and Owen have been with us for several years and have proven to be great and trusted colleagues over the years.”
Green Cross Health supported the process and facilitated the sell down. The current shareholders are Dr Justin Pratt, Dr Ronelle Brits, Dr Stefan Freudenberg, Dr Amanda Cleland, Dr Ella Toynton, Dr Owen Kelly and Green Cross Health.
