Younger GPs want to know the leaders function as a group [Jason Goodman on Unsplash]
DEAR AUNT MASIE
I’m in my early 60s and practise as part of a group in a cost-share practice. While I still love what I do, the past couple of years have certainly made me think more about life after retirement. I’m guessing that I should be looking at how I get there and how I find a new GP to take over the reins so I can exit my practice life. Any hints would be appreciated
