Celebrating 20 years of service in general practice, my wife and I are touring Europe. And the leprechauns in our GPS are having a field day. While I complete the rallies of Eire and the Scottish Highlands piloting a rental car through roads not even wide enough for one horse and cart (let alone the wide-load tractors towing barley for whisky malt), this music has been calming the nerves
