New Zealand has officially been declared by the WHO to have eliminated endemic measles and rubella
In this article, IMAC director Nikki Turner provides hot-off-the-press news from the WHO’s SAGE on Immunization which met recently in Geneva, and New Zealand’s recent measles and rubella elimination status and mumps outbreak
Historically, many countries used a single antigen measles vaccine without the rubella component
