Waitemata is the largest DHB by population in New Zealand and its general practices service a diverse range of communities. New Zealand Doctor reporter Aaron van Delden spent two days on the road in May visiting a range of practices. Here he pops in on Upper Harbour Medical Centre in Hobsonville and Anne Street Medical Centre in Devonport

Upper Harbour Medical Centre was considered a rural practice when Jennifer Lea helped set it up 25 years ago. But Dr Lea says Hobsonville is undoub
