It’s important to be clear with your employees about your practice’s culture and expected behaviour
I’ve noticed that the attitude and behaviour of one of my employees doesn’t quite fit the culture we’ve developed in our practice.
Nothing too serious but they are often harsh and grumpy with patients. And not as proactive in helping out others in the team.
My first instinct is to avoid dealing with the situation and hope they change, but I realise this probably won’t happen.
Can you please give me some tips on how to deal with this situation?
