What makes your summer sing Tod Wilson?

Good book: The Vinter’s Luck by Elizabeth Knox. I thought I’d try reading something different for a change – a very original and unexpected idea for a story.

Good programme: The Mandalorian (Disney+). I’m watching it for a second time. You’ll love the Baby Grogu character.

Good board game: I haven’t played one for years, but I would still pick Pictionary. Lots of fun, especially after a few glasses of wine.

Good swimming spot: Matauri Bay, Northland – water so crystal clear, it’s like swimming in champagne. Closer to home: Tindalls Bay, Whangaparāoa.

Good feed: Fantail & Turtle, Smales Farm, Takapuna. They make the best gnocchi I’ve had anywhere.
