I’m aware that there is tension and discontent between two of our team members. They don’t seem to like each other but our practice needs them to work well together and behave more professionally. How do I achieve this?

As in any life situation, sometimes people don’t get along. The reason for this may not be clear, and often there isn’t any logic to incompatibility.
