When a practice is in growth mode

DEAR AUNT MASIE

We are a large group practice with eight GP owners, and we also own the practice building. In line with the health system changes and new models of care, we’re looking to grow our patient base and expand the services we provide. This will need significant alterations to the building, and we want to modernise the fit-out, equipment and furnishings at the same time. What insurances should we have in place for our practice and existing building, and what covers do we need to consider for this project?
