Let managers manage and directors govern

DEAR AUNT MASIE

We have recently amalgamated with another practice. The practice now has six GP owners and has employed a business manager. I have been the managing principal for many years and I’m having trouble letting go. Can you suggest some ways I might become comfortable with handing over the reins?
