When is ACC going to do something about the para-clinical soft injuries - fibromyalgia, CRPS and clearly neurogenic pain syndromes - which have almost exclusively been now shown to be UMN modified ?

One assumes that they are aware but are simply happy to keep clients off the ACC salary bandwagon. We do however seem to have a resulting state of diagnostic confusion for all these non-mechanical injuries - which seem mainly reactive rather than traumatic.

I can't believe ACC didn't pursue the case. Almost sends a signal that it's worth a crack!
