The Ministry of Health is "on the move" and top jobs are changing now its new boss Chai Chuah has his feet firmly under the desk. Shortly before Christmas, Mr Chuah delivered staff his well-packaged final decision on a new executive team structure. It fits into the bigger picture of a new New Zealand Health Strategy and a rethink on health funding. Virginia McMillan reports
