DHB nurses went on strike last month. Their pay talks will influence how the primary care MECA is negotiated
MECA pay rates, Top pay rates under the 2016–2018 Primary Care MECA:
registered nurse/practice nurse/midwife – $32.17 an hour
enrolled nurse – $24.20 an hour
