Accounting for PHOs: Changing recipes

In September 2017, New Zealand Doctor|Rata Aotearoa rounded up some of the ‘basic ingredients’ with a view to painting a picture of the variety of entities in the PHO world. This year, with the report of the Health and Disability System Review Panel proposing an end to funding for primary care being funnelled through PHOs, their future is uncertain.
